An eggless version of my favorite brownie. Very chocolatey and highly irresistible
Steps

Roughly chop dark chocolate and take in a microwave safe bowl along with butter. Keep for 30 seconds interval.Repeat and mix till smooth and silky.

Next add sugar and mix till it dissolves.

Mix curd and vanilla essence to a smooth batter.

Place a sieve and sift wheat flour, coco powder,baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix with spatula using cut and fold method.

Reserve some almonds for garnish. Mix the rest of the almonds with little flour and add to the batter. Mix.

Add milk little by little and mix till the batter has a smooth consistency. Don't over mix.

Transfer the batter to a greased and dusted square cake mould. Garnish with almonds.

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy as such or with vanilla icecream.
