Rajma on Toast is easy and healthy recipe for your kids. Nutritious Rajma on buttered toast is very tasty and delicious. Indian version of Baked Beans on toast.

Heat the oil in a kadai, add the onions and sauté for 2 to 3 mins. Next add ginger garlic paste, chilies and fry well. Add the chopped tomatoes, cook till it becomes soft. Add the masala pwds and mix.

Next add the cooked rajma. Add salt, cook on low heat and the mix, cook till the gravy blends well with all the masalas. Keep stirring, cook on simmer for 5-10 min. Toast the bread on toaster or tava.

Apply butter, place this Rajma mix on the bread slice, add raw onions and ketchup on top. Serve immediately.
