Green moong dal kabab

Wash and boil the green moong dal in a pressure cooker with one cup of water after three whistle turn off the flame.

Take a bowl add boiled green moong dal,ginger garlic,green chilli and whole garam masala,amchur powder and onion and mix well

Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.

Soak the bread in the water squeeze the bread and mix well.

Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness
- 6
Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the kabab in a medium flame.

Serve hot
