Ingredients

  • Potatoes (boiled)
  • Scotch bonnet (grinded)
  • Seasonings
  • Onions (sliced)
  • Curry
  • Oil

Steps

    In a pan, add oil and sliced onions, scotch bonnet, seasonings and curry. Saute in a medium heat. Finally add the boiled potatoes, stir fry for 2 minutes. Close lid and allow to cook. I served mine with Paratha. Bon appétit! 😘😘😘
