Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 2mangoes
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1sp vinegar
  • 1sp baking powder
  • 1sp baking soda
  • 1/2sp venila essence
  • 1/2 cupsugar powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Make one mango puree and one for making rose.

    Sieve maida,baking powder,baking soda.

    In blender 1/4cup milk, vinegar,oil, venila essence and blend.

    Mix both dry and wet ingredients add milk if needed to make cake batter consistency.

    Pre heat kadai keep stand and plate pour batter into cups and bake for 15,20min.

    Take out cakes top with mango rose and ready to serve.
