Cooking Instructions

Cook hamburger with black pepper, cumin, chili powder until browned; drain. Add in a small amount of salsa if you like.This is your taco meat.

Top each potato with taco meat and then desired toppings.

The sweet potato is unbelievably good with the taco meat, but its great on regular potatoes as well. Enjoy!

So I came up with this . 2 of my kids won’t eat the black beans or corn, but I wanted it in mine , so instead of writing two recipes, I just did it this way. Regular taco potatoes sound pretty good too. Everyone in my house loves baked potatoes, and tacos, so win win for everyone.
