Heat oil and add cumin,whole spices,onion,ginger, garlic, green chili,beans and fry it

Add tomatoes, salt and all the spices and fry them

Then add rice and double water and cook it covered

When cooked, put it in a box and flip it over the plate and serve with tomato chutney
