When you get some well-cooked sausages with sweet, flavorful onions and a couple of slices of bread 🥖—what happiness! I love it 🤤🤤🤤. I always hope there are leftovers to enjoy as a tapa later 💃💃💃
Cooking Instructions

Season the sausages with salt and brown them over high heat.

Next, sauté the onion with a pinch of salt. Add the sausages back in and cook for a couple more minutes. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate. Cover with water and simmer the sausages until the water has evaporated.

Let it cook a little longer until the onions turn golden brown. Ready to serve!
