Wash chana dal and make it dry with a cloth

Now take a pan,add two table spoon ghee and add chana dal,cook it till it becomes crispy and changes colour,ghee will left here

Let it cool down and grind it in grinder by adding cardamom into it

Now take a wok or pan, add sugar and milk into it and let the milk boil and mix the sugar into it

After bringing it to one boil, add dal paste that is grinded in grinder and add remaining ghee that was left add that in milk now and 1 tsp ghee more

Cook it untill it becomes thick It's done

Take a big plate and apply ghee on the pan and spread the mixture on plate and cut it into desired shape

Now garnish it with almonds
