  • 1 bunchpalak(spinach)
  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 2Green chilli
  • 1 spoonWhole jeera(cumin seeds)
  • 2Garlic cloves
  • to tastesalt
  • As neededwater
  • as neededoil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind all ingredients except wheat flour.

  2. 2

    Mix with flour.Add salt and do tight dough.keep aside for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and roll and put it.Take golden brown in colour.
