Keep raw mango and carrot grated now in a pan add oil mustard seeds jeera curry leaves peanuts, add a pinch of salt and roast till peanuts are crisp.

Now add carrot and mango and cook them well with salt. Once cooked add Soaked Sabudana with salt sugar and mix well. Serve hot.

Note: soak the Sabudana for 6 hours drain out the water completely on a strainer.
