  • 2 mediumTamatar (puree)
  • 1 largePyaz
  • 1 tbspAdrak/lehsan
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 1/2 tspHaldee powder
  • 1/2 tbspZeera crushed
  • 1 tbspChili flakes
  • to tasteNamak
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala
  • 1 tbspDhania crushed
  • 1 tbspLal mirch
  • 1/2 tbspKasuri methi
  • Hara dhania fresh for garnish
  • 3-4Green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Kaleji KO achi tarhan wash Kar lein.

  2. 2

    Ab blender may first pyaz or pher tamater KO blend Kar Kay side par rakh dein

  3. 3

    Pot main oil gram Kar lein pyaz ka paste dal kar halika brown Kar lein.

  4. 4

    Ab Kaleji KO add Kar lein or 2 mint tak bhun lein.Ab adrak lehsan add Kar or mix Kar lein.

  5. 5

    Phir sub dry masala (except kasuri meethi)or hari Mirchen dal Kay 2 mint tak achay tarhan mix Kar lein.

  6. 6

    Tamater puree dal kar achi tarhan bhun lein 2 3 mints k liya.

  7. 7

    Halki ancch par oil alag hunay tak paka lein.

  8. 8

    Last main garam masala,kauri methi,hari mirch,hara dhaina fresh dal dein
