Ingredients

  1. 140 gramsoverripe bananas (about 2 1/2 bananas)
  2. 120 gramscake flour
  3. 120 gramscanola oil
  4. 75 gramswhite sugar
  5. 40 gramsbrown sugar
  6. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  7. 2eggs
  8. 30 gramswhole milk
  9. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  10. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  11. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  12. 1capful vanilla extract
  13. Almonds/chocolate chips for topping

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the bananas and mix with lemon juice and salt, then set aside.

    Beat the eggs and sugars until fluffy, about 8 minutes.

    Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then mix with the egg mixture. Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract.

    Add the bananas and mix gently until combined. Let the batter rest for about 20-30 minutes.

    Preheat the air fryer to 356°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Arrange the batter in the air fryer and bake at 293°F (145°C) for 14 minutes. The cake will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge overnight for a delightful treat.
