Plum Sauce

Wash and dry the plums. Cut the plums into small pieces. Carefully removing the seeds.

Add 1 cup water. Blend with blender and make puree. Sieve it.Take a kadhai or any big vessel add plum puree and on the flame.

Add sugar and cook the mixture about 20 - 25 mint until thick. Keep stirring in between.

After 25 mint chutney thickens add the roasted jeera powder,red chilli powder, black salt and mix well and cook again for 5 mint.Add in sterilised jar.
