Ingredients

Makes 4 savory crêpes
  1. 3/4 cupwhole wheat flour (100 g)
  2. 3 tablespoonsall-purpose flour (25 g)
  3. 1/2 cupmilk (120 ml)
  4. 1/2 cupwater (120 ml)
  5. 1 pinchsea salt
  6. 1/2 tablespoonolive oil
  7. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.

    Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

    Add a little oil to a skillet, then pour in a ladleful of batter. Cook on both sides for about 5 minutes per side (if your heat is higher, it may take less time). Fill with your favorite savory toppings.
