Serves 4 servings

2eggs
1 3/4 cupsmilk (about 450 grams)
1 2/3 cupsall-purpose flour (about 200 grams)
1/2 cupleftover sourdough starter (about 100 grams)
2 tablespoonssugar (vanilla or plain, optional)
1 tablespoonrum (optional)

Mix all the ingredients by hand (be careful to avoid lumps) or use a stand mixer.

Let the batter rest for 2 hours or longer.
