First mix up all of your ingredients for the pastry in your electric mixer but you can also do it by hand

Role the dough into a ball and wrap it with cling film

Put the dough into the fridge for 15 minutes to firm slightly

Mix up all of your ingredients for the filling while the dough is in the fridge

Put the dough into little cupcake papers and press against the sides to outline it

Pour your filling into the cupcake papers

Do this until you have filled all of your pastries

Place in the oven for 25 minutes or a bit less
- 9
Take out and enjoy
