Ingredients

four
  1. Whole wheat burger buns
  2. Panner 1 Bowl small
  3. 1 BowlBolid and smashed potato and matter
  4. 1brown bread slices
  5. Chile powder 1tsp or as per ur chose u can also add green chilli
  6. 1 tspAmchur powder
  7. Garammasala half tsp
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Myo half cup I used homemade Hung curd myones
  10. Tomato ketchup 3tbp
  11. Oil
  12. Tomato Onion rings

Steps

  1. 1

    First take Bowl crumble bread and in it mashed panner well with potatoes and matter mixture....

  2. 2

    Then add our all the dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Bind all the things together.... divide this mixture in to four portion then make a tikke's....

  4. 4

    Heat a pan add oil for shallow frying... shallow fry all the tikke's till golden brown

  5. 5

    Now Mix myones and tomato ketchup together well

  6. 6

    Now take a burger buns spread a sause place tomato onion rings tikke on it..... enjoy with ketchup
