Steps

Parboiled the rice lightly and set aside.

Stir fry Carrots,Green pepper,capsicums,peas,green beans and spring Onion lightly with little Veg Oil and set aside.

Transfer the rice in to a pot and pour Coconut water with coconut flavor,Seasoning,Spices and Stir then cover with lid to for some minutes till the coconut water dries up.

In Another Pot,Pour Veg Oil and Fry our boiled rice and stir gently.

Then mix Vegetables all together with the rice and stir.

Let it Simmer for 2-4 minutes then turn off the gas and serve,I served mine with Peppered fried Fish and Shredded chicken sauce,you can serve urs with anything of your choice😘
