Takewater to that dissolvesugar. Now add yeast and let it rest for 10 mins

Take 2 cups Maida to that add some salt to taste, 1 tsp Chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, and 4-5 grated garlic cloves. Take the yeast mixture and knead a dough out of it. At first the dough will be sticky but when we continue to knead it for about 10 mins the dough will not be much sticky. When the dough is perfectly kneaded add a tbsp of butter to dough, knead again, tuck the dough and let the dough rise for about 1 & 1/2 hour.

After 1 & 1/2 the dough should have been almost doubled in it's size. Punch the dough and knead it for a minute. Roll the dough over a rolling pin or belan. Make a circle. Now take some tbsp melted butter, to that butter add some finely chopped or grated garlic and hand full of coriander. Mix it well with the melted butter. Now brush the prepared butter to the dough. At the first half of the add 1/2 cup of grated cheese, some veggies, a tsp of oregano and chilli flakes, fold the dough.

Now make some slight cuts on the bread brush it with prepared butter, sprinkle some oregano and Chilli flakes. Put it on a baking tray greased with some oil and put it on a pre heated oven for 30 mins

After 30-45 mins garlic bread is ready, garnish it with some butter and coriander. Enjoy it as an evening snack.
