Ingredients

3red chillies
2garlic pods chopped
1/4 cupsugar
1/4 cupvinegar
1/4sp salt
1/4water
2sp corn slurry

Steps

1

Grind the chillies to make flakes.

In a vessel add water and sugar boil and melt the sugar.

Add chilly flakes and garlic continue cooking.

Add vinegar and corn slurry cook till thick and the sauce is ready.
