Steps

Mix mawa, milk powder & baking powder and knead dough. Roll in small round ball.

In pan add sugar, saffron and water, boil till turns sticky. Turn off the flame add cardamom powder.

Heat ghee in pan add slowly balls, keep stirring and fry till golden brown. Remove and keep aside for 3-4 minutes. Then add fried balls to sugar syrup. When balls get soft sprinkle nuts and serve.
