Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  • 5big potatoes
  • Cooking oil for deep frying
  • Paste (1 cup flour, tumeric powder, salt and water mixed)

  1. 1

    Chop the potatoes then wash.

  2. 2

    Slice them then deep in the paste

  3. 3

    Heat oil till well heated. Dip the potatoes and cook till crunchy

  4. 4

    Serve with chilli sauce and some cucumber
