Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 litrefull cream milk
  • 8-10almonds
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tspGreen cardamom
  • 4-6 strandssaffron

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan. Now slow the flame and cook it on slow flame till it turn thick or half in quantity. Stir it continuesly.

    Coarsely grind the soaked almonds and mix it in the milk.

  3. 3

    Now mix sugar and saffron strands and green cardamoms. Stir well. Now switch off the flame.

  4. 4

    Serve. It can also be served chilled.
