Paneer Lababdaar
Steps

Cut paneer into cubesas shown below. Add a pinch turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix well. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Cut the onions and tomato as shown

In a pan heat some oil and shallow fry the paneer cubes for a couple of minutes.

In another pan take some oil and add the rest khada masala to it. Further add onion and fry it until golden brown
- 5
When the onion is fried take it out and let it cool. Then grind it to a fine paste. Similarly fry the tomato and cashew and grind well to form a puree.

In a bowl take the ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, kashmiri mirch powder shahi paneer masala and kitchen king. Add some water to mix well

Now in a pan take some oil and add the above prepared masala mix. Stir it for a while.

Now add the onion paste to it and fry it for 3-4 minutes.

Further add the tomato and cashew paste and mix well. Cook it for another 3-4 minutes

Now add water and salt and bring it to a boil. Lastlyd the fried paneer cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes.

You can also add amul cream for garnishing.
