Banana loaf bread

Sieve flour in a mixing bowl

Make a well in the middle and add some of your warm liquid

Put yeast and sugar (yeast feeds on sugar in a warm surrounding so that it activates)

Mash your bananas as the yeast proofs

Mix your whole egg with the banana
- 6
Mix in the banana and egg, butter and the rest of your warm liquid

Mix all your ingredients to achieve a firm dough

Knead the dough

Let it rest and double in size (proof) for approx 30min

Knock back your dough(Knead for second time to remove the air it created when doubling in size)

Greese a baking tin or bread tin

Put your dough, and let it proof for a second time ( approx 30min

Pre heat the oven 175⁰°c

Bake your loaf for 35 min

Ready to serve with some hot chocolate, tea coffee...drink of your choice
