This is the best Proteinpack lockdown recipe. Paratha is trial by dearest hubby. So this is mili jhuli prepared meal. Try it and let me know how it goes.

Wash and soak whole black gram and Rajma for 7-8 hours. Cook it adding salt for 4-5 whistles. Start cooking it at slow flame.

Once cool take one cup of boiled pulses in mixture and grind it in creamy consistency.

Pound garlic in mortar add water to it and make garlic water.

Add butter to slow cooking pulses. Add the strained garlic and onion to mixie and make smooth paste. Make tomato puree out of tomatoes.

Keep all masala ready. Add ghee to a pan. Add onion paste. Saute until cooked.

Add tomato puree. Cook it nicely. Add masala. Cook nicely.

Add boiling daal to the tadka. Cook it for a while. Garnish with ginger julians and cream.

Enjoy hot Daal Bukhara with paratha or roti.
