Steps

The white part of melon peel off gently. Cut it into small pieces.

Boil those pieces in water for 5 mints. After boiling sieve them.

Then in a pan, add 1 bowl of sugar and 2 bowls of water, make it to boil.

Then put the melon pieces in sugar water and boil for 5 to 7 mints.

After that divide those pieces into four equal parts in bowls.

Then add any food colours of your choice in those bowls.

Mix it well with the help of a spoon

Then leave them covered like this for 4 to 5 hours.

Then sieve it with the help of siever.

Put them separately in a tray and leave to dry.

If it is not drying then you can dry it for some time even in the sun.
