Ingredients

3 to 4 servings
  • 300 gramsbhindi(ladyfinger)
  • 1 tablespoonbesan/gram flour
  • 1 tablespoonRice powder
  • 1 teaspoonhaldi/ Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonaamchur (dry mango)powder
  • 1 teaspoonchat Masala
  • 1 teaspoonKashmiri red Chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying

  1. 1

    Wash Bhindi well and cut into long strips.

    Add all masalas well except salt and mix well. Keep it for half and hour.

    Keep the oil for frying. Add salt and fry them. Add Bhendi in batches.

    Fry till it turns crisp. Take out on tissue paper. Sprinkle some chat Masala over it and serve hot.
