Uttapam with Idli

In a bowl add semolina and curd. Mix it well and leave the batter for 20 mints.

Now chop all the vegetables.

After 20 mints, check the consistency and a bit of water. Add salt and chopped chillies.

On a frying pan. Spread a bit oil. Heat it up. Add a pinch of mustard seeds.

Now pour the batter. Spread it. And add onion, tomato and curry leaves. Cook it for 5minutes on a low flame.
