In mixing bowl take all ingredients for kneading dough crumble and mix well. making sure combined well then add water as required and knead to a smooth and soft.rest for 10 minutes. Make a small balls from the dough.

Place in appe pan. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes flip over and cook both side cook for 25 minutes in total continue to cook until the the litti turns golden brown from all the sides and cooked from inside finally it is ready then deep in ghee.

Wash dal and soak 10 minutes in water then cook in pressure cooker. Turmeric powder and salt in dal.cook until Dal become soft. Heat ghee and splutter mustard seeds cumin seeds,green chilli curry leaves add tomato when tomato become soft then add turmeric powder garam masala red chilli powder then add cooked dal add required water and mix and boil for 5 minutes or till daal absorbs masala now adr coriander leaves and mix well finally serve. enjoy
