450 gflour
2bananas
100 gbutter
3eggs
1/4 cup milk
Lemon rind
50 gsugar
2 tspbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

Set your ingredients as shown

Preheat the oven at 180°c

Mash the bananas and set aside

Mix the dry ingredients and set aside

Mix eggs, mashed bananas and the sugar
6

Asd the melted butter and whisk
7

Fold in flour and the rind with milk and bake as shown
8

Bake at 180°c until done.
