Steps

Pour couscous in boiling water,stir occasionally and allow to boil for 15-20mins (this depends on the size,and type of couscous). When done drain and keep aside

Fry onion in little oil, add fish to fry then pour in tomato sauce, add in seasons and spices of choice and allow to simmer for 3mins

Add in cooked couscous and stir..Add your vegetables and allow to cook for about 5mins

Serve hot and enjoy...

Advice: Always add in your vegetables last so as to keep its nutrients intact ❣️..
