Ingredients

15-20 servings
  • 2 litreMilk
  • 300 mlMilk made
  • 50 gmSugar
  • 1/2 cupsoaked almonds
  • 1/2 cupcashew
  • 1/2 cuppistachios
  • 2 cupdry khajoor cut into slices
  • as neededghee
  • 1 cupRoasted seviyaan in ghee
  • 7-8Freshly grounded Cardamom
  • 5-5Safrron strands

Steps

60-65 mins
  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan for 30 mints, meanwhile roast dry fruits, seviyan ina ghee.. till it change colour

  2. 2

    After a boiling stage 2 litre milk turns to 1.5 litre,. Add milk made and sugar, mix it well let it cook for 5 mints, add seviyan and dry fruits,mix it well, let it cook for 10 mints, add cardoman and safrron strands.

    Cook on low frame for 4-5 minutes, and serve sheer kurma with garnishing with dryfruits
