2 tbspnthick curd
1 tbspnmayonnaise
2 tbspncarrot (chopped)
2 tbspnonion (chopped)
2 tbspncucumber (chopped)
1 tbspncoriander leaves (chopped)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add curd.

Add a little salt and mayonnaise.Mix and keep in fridge for some time to cook(optional)

Remove the bread crust(optional). Spread the curd mix.
