Ingredients

  1. 3 pcsBean Curd
  2. 2 pcsSalted Eggs Yolk
  3. 20 pcsCurry Leaf
  4. 1 pcChili's
  5. PinchSalt
  6. PinchSugar
  7. 3 tbspButter

Cooking Instructions

    Each bean curd cut into 4pcs. Then deep fried till the surface looks dried.

    Hot wok with 3tbsp butter deep fried salted eggs yolk and added salt & sugar

  3. 3

    Once the salted eggs yolk occured with bubbles then add in curry leaf & chilies and lastly add in bean curd Stir-fried... then ready to be served.
