  1. Doufu Puffs
  2. Lady Fingers
  3. Long Bean
  4. Cabbage
  5. Brinjal
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 3 tbspSoy Sauce
  8. 2 tspSugar
  9. Coconut Milk
  10. Curry Paste
  11. 5 tbspCurry Powder
  12. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  13. 400 gOnion
  14. 100 gDried Chili's
  15. 30 gGarlic
  16. Curry Leafs
  17. 2 pcsLemongrass

Cooking Instructions

    All vegetables & doufu puffs cut into size.

  2. 2

    Curry Paste: minced all ingredients and cook with +-150ml vegetables oil until chili oil occurred.

  3. 3

    Then add in +- 500ml water to boil and add in all the vegetables, salt & sugar to cook & taste. After boiling about 10 minutes then only add in coconuts milk... and time to be served.
