In a bowl boil water and add the prawns. Boil until pink in colour and set aside.

In a wok heat ghee and fry the chopped onions until golden in colour. Set aside

In the same wok in that ghee add onion-ginger paste, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and stir well for 2-3 mins until oil leaves surface

Roast in a non stick pan whole garam masala, whole red chilli and shahjeera and make a powder paste
- 5
Add Chingri to the paste spices and mix very well until the spices have well mixed with the Chingri or Prawns. Set aside. Add fried onions on it.

When platting add lime juice and powdered spice of red chilli, shahjeera and whole garam masala. Enjoy with steamed rice
