Ingredients

  • 1 glassrice
  • 2 glasswater
  • 2potato chopped
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspdry coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash the rice

  2. 2

    Take a pressure cooker add oil, cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Add onion, potato and saute it

  4. 4

    Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well

  5. 5

    Add rice, water

  6. 6

    Cover the lid and cook it till half whistle
