Peel the mangoes, remove the stone and chop them. Add to the blender along with other ingredients.

Blend it till you get smooth puree.
Now add flavor ingredient whichever you are using. If using saffron then add it into the blender - 3
And mix it well & chill

For Puri:-In a bowl add maida, sooji, oil and salt. Mix well and add water gradually to form stiff dough. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes divide the dough into equal sized small balls.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Now take each ball of dough and roll it into poori shape (circle) with a rolling pin. Make sure the rolled dough is not too thin nor thick.

Now slide the flattened dough into the hot oil. When it puffs flip it carefully and when done transfer it to a plate with paper towel to drain excess oil.
