Spring onion stips
Soy sauce

Wash and clean fish. Get pot and put water, let it boil.
2

When boiling steam fish and put the ginger on top of the fish. Steam for 7 to 8 mins. When almost done add spring onion. Cover and boil awhile. Then remove fish and add soy sauce and cooking oil on top
