Ingredients

20 minutes
2 bowls
  • 1 cupoats
  • 1 tablespoonground tumeric
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2 cupswater for cooking
  • 10 gshredded carrot (optional)
  • 10 gpumpkin seeds (optional)
  • 10 gsunflower seeds (optional)
  • 1 pinchground cinnamon
  • To tasteSurgar/ honey

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pot add the oats, water, turmeric, salt and boil for 20 minutes. Add water when needed

    Season with sugar/honey, cinnamon and stir.

    Dish into bowls and garnish with optional extras.
