In a plate take 2 boiled potatoes, add 1 bowl of soaked sabudana (wash and soak for 2 hours as it will be bloomed).

Add chopped coriander, chopped green chilli, 1 bowl roasted peanuts

Add 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, salt (as per your taste)

Mix and form a dough and,make round shape patties. In a pan add 2 tsp ghee and place all the patties on the pan. Spread ghee all around the patties. It will take 5 mins for each side to cook and crisp. Turn and cook. Serve hot with some ketchup and green chutney.
