Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmoong dal
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • 2 bowlswater
  • 1 pinchred colour
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • As requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add dal washed and soak in over night and grind it fine paste add soda, and colour stir it gently 1o minutes.

    Take a pan add water, and sugar on the flame when melt the sugar add colour off the flame

    Heat the oil make little bolls in oil fry in medium flame fry both sides and put in sugar sirp dip in 10 minutes.
