Wash then clean with dry towel bhindi.

Cut it into small pieces.

Put oil in kadhai.

Add turmeric powder and chillies. (Add turmeric in this stage keep colour maintain of lady,s finger.)

Now cook bhindi on medium-high flame to avoid stickiness.

Stir time to time. Cook till crisp and done
- 7
Serve with rice,chapati and dal.
