Wash the poha in the running tap water and soak it in the milk for 8-10 minutes and keep it aside.

Heat ghee in a pan. Now add the cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add chopped green chilli,ginger and green peas(in winter fresh otherwise frozen).
Shute it. now add garam masala,salt, black pepper powder. Cover and cook it for 5 minutes - 3
Add the soaked poha and sugar to this mix. Stir and cover with a lid to cook 3-4 minutes.Turn off the flame add lemon juice,coriander leaves and kishmish.Healthy breakfast is ready.
