  • Tomatoe puree
  • Jollof seasoning
  • Onga seasoning
  • Crayfish/aroma seasoning
  • Rice
  • Meat stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend vegetables

  2. 2

    Fry onions in pot

  3. 3

    Add blended veg and add the puree

  4. 4

    Let cook

  5. 5

    Add seasoning, allow to cook

  6. 6

    Add per boiled rice

  7. 7

    Add meat stock

  8. 8

    Cover with foil, and allow to cook on gas mark 3
