First peel onion then Slice it with knife or cutter

Then heat the pan add oil fry the onion in medium flame till golden brown it will take 10-12 min

Then remove in plate first place tissue to remove excess oil from onion

Then transfer extra oil from the pan in a same pan add ghee then add black pepper, lavang,bay leaf and crush green cardoman then add tomato puree saute and cover for 2-3 min in medium flame when gravies leaves Ghee then add red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala and Salt saute for 1 min

Then add fried onion, malai, Fenugreek leaves,mix it well then add 1/4 cup water Cook for 4-5 min in medium flame till water get dry

Then Garnish with coriander leaves and some fried onion

Serve with missi roti,multi naan
