Boil potatoes and mash it

Add salt and 2 tbsp oil in the maida and knead a dough cover this dough with a wet cloth.

Heat up 2 tsp oil in a pan splutter coriander seeds add all the dry masala and boiled potatoes along with chillies and coriander leaves

Roast this potato mixture for 5 minutes

Now mix the dough well make chapaties of the dough cut it half fold the half roti like a cone and fill potato mixture in it.

Fry these samosa on the medium flame till golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney
