Kadhai paneer

Steps

Cut veggies as per ingredients. Saute sliced onion and capsicum.

Cut paneer into cubes. Put little lal Mirchi, salt, haldi little water (marinate) and keep it aside 5 mints. Shallow fry them for 30 seconds.

In a pan, put jeera, kalonji saute it. put onion, red chilli powder,haldi and saute it for 3-4 mints then put tomatoes and salt, Little water.

Let them cook, with the help of hand mixer, grind it, put ketchup.

As required put water, fried capsicum, onion also. Cook them till it becomes little soft.

Put paneer cubes, sliced tomatoes for about three to four minutes till it becomes soft. Put dhania / kasuri methi for garnishing.
