Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 tspjeera (cumin) seeds
  • 1 tspkalonji / nigella seeds
  • 2medium sized onion for gravy finely chopped
  • 1medium sliced cut onion for frying
  • 2capsicum
  • 3tomatoes for gravy finely chopped
  • 1tomato sliced cut for frying
  • 3 tbsptomato ketchup
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 pinchHaldi(Turmeric) powder
  • 1 tspkasuri methi leaves
  • 200 gmpaneer
  • as neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut veggies as per ingredients. Saute sliced onion and capsicum.

    Cut paneer into cubes. Put little lal Mirchi, salt, haldi little water (marinate) and keep it aside 5 mints. Shallow fry them for 30 seconds.

    In a pan, put jeera, kalonji saute it. put onion, red chilli powder,haldi and saute it for 3-4 mints then put tomatoes and salt, Little water.

    Let them cook, with the help of hand mixer, grind it, put ketchup.

  5. 5

    As required put water, fried capsicum, onion also. Cook them till it becomes little soft.

  6. 6

    Put paneer cubes, sliced tomatoes for about three to four minutes till it becomes soft. Put dhania / kasuri methi for garnishing.
